En mi etapa como PR Manager en España para Bethesda, gestioné la implementación
local de la estrategia internacional de comunicación para The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim,
lanzado el icónico 11.11.11.
Mi responsabilidad se centró en adaptar la estrategia al mercado español y en la
gestión directa de medios, identificando oportunidades clave y negociando coberturas
para maximizar la visibilidad y el impacto del lanzamiento.
Como resultado, se logró el mayor volumen de puntuaciones perfectas (10/10) en
medios especializados en España, consolidando el posicionamiento del título como
referente del sector.
Redesigning the Journey
We restructured the navigation to reduce cognitive load, implemented clear hierarchies, and created logical page flows that mimicked natural user behavior. The shopping and checkout process was streamlined from five steps down to just two, eliminating unnecessary friction. Through intuitive layouts and concise microcopy, we ensured users always knew exactly where they were and what action was next.

Within 90 days of launch, the newly designed platform delivered a 56% increase in conversions, 28% lower bounce rate, and a 40% increase in average session duration. Most importantly, customer satisfaction scores improved dramatically, with users citing ease of use and a smooth shopping experience. Great UI/UX design anticipates user needs, removes barriers, and fosters trust. It doesn’t just convert clicks; it creates connections.
